Утверждает, что "Ten years on various continents have given me fluency, more or less, in Spanish, French, Russian and Hebrew (though most of them I didn’t start from scratch), plus a working knowledge of spoken Arabic and Portuguese."
Опыт подсказывает, что разные люди очень по-разному понимают fluency. Хотелось бы, конечно, полиглота этого разъяснить, по крайней мере в части русского.

Speaking of mastering the language, we wonder if you have understood the hidden meaning of that passage from our friend's post: "полиглота этого разъяснить" ? :)
